Monitr Feature Requests

Slack alerts for critical signals

Post a Slack message instantly when a signal crosses a threshold so the team sees it without checking the dashboard.

Planned
Custom signal thresholds per app

Let each app define its own warning and critical thresholds rather than using global defaults.

In Progress
Weekly digest email

Send a weekly summary of signal trends, anomalies, and top-performing apps to the team inbox.

Open
Signal comparison across apps

Plot two or more apps on the same chart to compare retention, crash rate, or any metric side by side.

Open
Anomaly detection with AI

Automatically flag unusual spikes or drops without needing manual thresholds.

Planned
PagerDuty integration

Route critical alerts to PagerDuty so on-call engineers are paged immediately.

Open
Export signal data to CSV

Download raw signal data for any time range to analyse in Excel or share with stakeholders.

Shipped
Dashboard dark mode

A dark theme for the Monitr dashboard for late-night incident response sessions.

Open
Review bombing cross-correlation alerts

When 1-star reviews spike AND Reddit/social mentions spike in the same 4-hour window, Monitr correlates them into a single alert with an AI-generated narrative explaining the likely root cause. Shows review count, social count, sources, and severity — dismissable from the Alerts page.

Shipped
Post-release sentiment monitoring window

When a new app version is detected via the App Store RSS feed, Monitr automatically opens a 24-hour monitoring window. If post-release reviews drop against the 7-day baseline rating, a post-release drop alert fires automatically with the version number and affected review count.

Shipped
Competitor app monitoring

Add competitor apps to track their App Store reviews and social signals as competitive intelligence. Their 1-star complaints surface in a dedicated Competitor Intel view in your Signals feed. Tier-gated: Studio gets 1 competitor, Pro gets 3, Portfolio gets unlimited.

Shipped
Zendesk / Intercom ticket ingestion

Accept inbound webhooks from Zendesk and Intercom. Tag support tickets with the same signal taxonomy (bug_report, feature_request, billing_issue). Include ticket volume in signal severity scoring so a combined cross-channel score — "12 App Store reviews + 3 Reddit threads + 34 Zendesk tickets = HIGH severity" — surfaces as a single unified alert.

Shipped
G2 / Capterra / Trustpilot review monitoring

Monitor software review platforms alongside App Store and Play Store. G2 acquired Capterra in January 2026 and now controls 55–58% of global software review influence. For studios with B2B or productivity apps, this closes the missing layer. Starting with G2 (best API access), then Capterra, then Trustpilot. Gated to Pro+ tier.

Shipped
Reddit deep mode — full thread crawling

Move from top-level post detection to full comment thread monitoring. The real conversations — bug reports, feature debates, competitor comparisons — happen in replies, not top-level posts. Reddit Deep Mode crawls full comment threads for monitored keywords. Gated to Studio+ tier.

Shipped
App Store review sentiment auto-classification

Parse incoming 1–3 star App Store reviews and automatically tag them as: crash report, UX complaint, feature request, billing issue, or other. Crash-tagged reviews with 1 star should be routed as a Trackr signal so nothing slips through.

Open
Competitor release radar — alert when a competitor ships

Monitor specified competitor app IDs in the App Store and Play Store. When a new version appears, send a Monitr signal with the release notes so founders know what the competition just shipped before their users tell them.

Open
Revenue drop signal — detect IAP conversion decline

Ingest weekly IAP revenue data from App Store Connect / Play Console API. Alert when week-over-week revenue drops more than a configurable threshold (default 15%). Include a sparkline of the last 8 weeks in the signal card.

Open
Attribr retention signal — alert when D1/D7/D30 dips below threshold

Pull retention data from Attribr on a daily schedule. If any cohort's D1 drops below (e.g.) 30% or D7 below 15%, fire a Monitr signal so the founder sees the retention problem in the same dashboard as crash and review signals.

Open
Weekly digest email — Sunday summary of all signals

Every Sunday morning, send the founder an email summarising: signals fired this week, top Shpd vote movers, any open P0 issues, and retention trend vs. the previous week. One place to stay on top of the whole portfolio.

Open
Slack webhook delivery — pipe signals to a team channel

Let founders configure a Slack incoming webhook URL. Every signal Monitr fires gets posted to the channel in a rich card format (app name, signal type, severity, timestamp, link to detail). Optional: filter by severity.

Open
Signal deduplication — suppress repeat alerts within a time window

If the same signal type fires for the same app three times in an hour, Monitr should group them into one escalating alert rather than spamming the founder. Configurable suppression window (default: 1 hour).

Open
Signal → Shpd auto-suggest feature request

When a cluster of 1-star reviews all mention the same missing feature, or a vote threshold is crossed on Shpd, Monitr should surface a suggested Shpd feature request draft that the founder can approve and publish with one tap.
