Zendesk / Intercom ticket ingestion

Accept inbound webhooks from Zendesk and Intercom. Tag support tickets with the same signal taxonomy (bug_report, feature_request, billing_issue). Include ticket volume in signal severity scoring so a combined cross-channel score — "12 App Store reviews + 3 Reddit threads + 34 Zendesk tickets = HIGH severity" — surfaces as a single unified alert.
